If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of your purchase price under our Money Back Guarantee.

Returns are accepted 30 days from the original date of purchase. If you are within this timeframe and wish to return, please reach out to us via email at hello@kiwithings.co.nz

Once a refund is issued, funds can take up to 5-7 business days to return to the original payment method.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, ensure that all articles in the package are intact! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
